Portfolio
NOTE: Much of the content on this and subsequent pages is out of date. I’m currently working on a full dedicated portfolio site which will be more up-to-date (and less tied to this rarely-updated blog).
I’ve worked on dozens of sites both professionally and as a hobby. Even if I were able to remember them all, the list would not be quick reading. What follows is a short list of Drupal-powered sites I’ve built while working for Precision Intermedia which I think stand out due to the quality and/or quantity of work I’ve put into them. The full stories are on separate pages; click through for more details about each project.
Unless otherwise mentioned, I was the sole programmer on all sites listed below (most of the time I’ve been with Precision Intermedia, I was the only programmer we’ve had in-house). Unless otherwise mentioned, I also built each site’s theme; I’m not much of an artist myself, but I took Photoshop and/or Illustrator mock-ups from one of our in-house artists and built functional Drupal themes out of them.
Does this page mean I’m for hire for freelance work or soliciting a full-time gig elsewhere? Well, I don’t know. I know, though, that I don’t intend on living in Humboldt County forever; in fact, many times I feel like I need to leave soon, before I forget how people live in more… (hmm, what’s the right adjective? How about…) substantial parts of the country/world. On the other hand, my current gig is kinda sweet, and I feel pretty lucky to have it. If you think you can offer me something sweeter, though, contact me and we’ll see what happens.

They’re based out of Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, and have a dozen or so regional offices between the Oregon border and the San Francisco Bay area. Read more…

The Eureka Reporter
The Eureka Reporter was an ambitious and somewhat controversial local daily newspaper which has gone the way of many newspapers nowadays; to an unfortunate but probably not so untimely demise. Their site was pretty spiffy, though. Read more…
